Product Description
The T-FLIGHT/Cn is an advanced machine designed for precise handling and processing of panels along the X-axis. It features a unique self-aligning suction cup system for securely gripping and moving the panel. With the right programming, the T-FLIGHT/Cn can perform vertical top drilling, horizontal drilling on all sides, linear grooves, and interpolated milling. It accommodates panels with a maximum length of 300 mm, a width up to 900 mm, and thickness ranging from 12 mm to 60 mm.
Compact yet highly versatile, the T-FLIGHT/Cn is ideal for spaces with limited room while still being able to process long panels. Its wide support and sliding surfaces ensure easy and safe loading and unloading. The machine can operate in "stand-alone" mode or with a "pass-through cycle," where processed panels are automatically moved to the rear end for easier handling by the operator. Despite being the smallest machine in Alberti Engineering's range, it maintains the company's signature quality, including a precise laser sensor for zero-point reading in the X-axis, allowing for real-time compensation of panel discrepancies.
The T-FLIGHT/Cn drilling unit features a T-shaped vertical head with independent spindles spaced 32 mm apart. An exclusive system allows for the selection, locking, and deselection of the spindles recalled at any given time during the drilling process.
The 17 spindles are configured as follows: No. 8 vertical spindles arranged at a distance of 32 mm along the Y axis (Assembly) – No. 9 vertical spindles arranged at a distance of 32 mm along the X axis (Fitting)
The following options apply:
- Double-exit horizontal drilling heads for panel head and tail drilling
- Double-exit horizontal drilling heads for drilling on the longitudinal sides of the panel
- Independent high-frequency units for milling and grooving
