Festool's new DTS 400 REQ sander offers many improvements over its predecessor including a more powerful motor, a new included pad protector, a locking dust port and optional reusable dust bag, and an improved soft grip coating. The new 250W motor offers better power and performance to work up to 25% faster when removing material. The new reusable dust bag allows you to continue to work virtually dust-free even when you can't connect your Festool CT Dust Extractor.

The Festool DTS 400 EQ is a very capable detail sander engineered for fine sanding detailed, small, difficult to reach and angled surfaces. It's tiny 5/64" (2 mm) stroke provides the finest of results. It's ergonomic design and light weight ensure great balance and ease of use when working overhead.
