C-1203 Coping & End-Matching System

• Chip free coping or end-matching of squares or profiled parts without the need of a back-up piece or chip breaker.

• Two counter rotating spindles, 1 ¼” Diameter – 7000 RPM

• 7.5HP Main Motor, 230/460 volts (please specify your voltage). @230 volts/30amps, @ 460 volts/20amps.

• Maximum cutter diameter 5” OD, Minimum Cutter diameter 3.5” OD.

• Maximum length of part 2 ½” thick & 9 ½” wide.

• Minimum length of part 3”

• Minimum width of part is determined by the O.D. of the cutter and if the part is profiled or not.

• Unlimited length of part.

• The C-1203 has External flow valve that allow you to adjust the speed of the sliding table according to the thickness, width & density of the wood you are profiling.

• Cycle time adjustable from 4 to 10 seconds. Factory set cycle time at 4 seconds.

• The C-1203 has the capacity to stack tooling. Maximum two cutters per spindle.

• Dust Hood with 5” port.

• Quick tool change (less than 2 minutes)

• THK style rails for guidance of carriage stroke and hold down clamp.

• Side pressure clamp insures proper alignment with fence.

• THE C-1203 IS RELIABLE, HEAVY DUTY, TESTED & PROVEN.

• The C-1203 has a small foot print 44”wide, 32” deep, and 42” high.

• The C-1203 meets UL & CSA Electrical Standards.
