Electromagnetic Sanding Pad (ESP) System
• The ESP system uses electromagnetic technology to obtain variable, adjustable, and controllable pressure to each segment of the electromagnetic pressure beam.
• During the sanding process of the working pieces, the contact pressure of the electromagnetic pressure segments are automatically adjusted by the ESP system depending on the surface condition of the working pieces
• The segments are staggered to ensure smooth movement and avoid sanding marks
• Compared to a pneumatic segments system, electromagnetic segments are easier to maintain and do not suffer from the same adhesion and contamination issues
Workpiece Detecting System
• The shape and size of the workpiece is detected precisely
