The Boss 2 Head LSJ 600 | 1000 2R Wire Brush Machine is primarily used for processing solid wood panels, flooring, and wooden boards by brushing the surface to create grooves, wire drawings, natural wood textures, and patterns such as nap. After processing, the wood surface exhibits a natural wood grain with concave and convex features, clear main and collateral channels, making subsequent processing effects more prominent. It is mainly employed for processing pseudo-classic embossed flooring, drawn flooring, furniture boards, decorative plates with surface textures, wood veneer or sheet processing, and processing the surfaces of threads on wood-plastic composite boards.
